With months of paperwork, PR/marketing, quotes and fees, I'm more than relieved to introduce Verde's Red Chile Salsa. Now available at the restaurant. Soon to be available at Kauai's local retailers.
Verde's salsa is also proud to be a Kaua'i Made product -- "products made on Kauai, by Kauai people, using Kauai materials."

Matcha Green Tea Macarons
I'm all about green tea. It's good for you. Whether it's blended as a frapuccino or baked as a macaron, you don't feel as guilty because it's got freaking green tea, right? It's like saying, "I'm craving for some sweetened antioxidants..."

Chocolate Chile Macarons
In New Mexico, they sell these chile-infused chocolate bars everywhere. So, I experimented with my own version Chocolate Chile Macarons -- a palate of bittersweet from dark chocolate ganache with a subtle kick from New Mexico green chile powder that explodes like a dramatic late appearance towards the end. A marriage of sugar and spice.
